Green Orb Eyes

During circle time the group has been noticing a faint muttering in the background.  I have also seen these huge green orb-like eyes staring at us from a nearby bush.  Wanting to know what it is all about, we invited Stella with her younger ears to join our group and interpret the muttering.  Stella tells us it has been going on for days and the words are "Down with dogs".  Rose promptly invites green orb eyes to join the group.  Austin is outraged and demands retribution in the form of a good ole chase up a tree.  Monty, ever obedient, lies down.  And Daisy points out to Rose that she has yet to bring a food platter to circle time.
