Levitation Without Levity

It is Monday morning here on the ranch.  A Monday morning after a full moon.  That means that I will come back into the house after having taken the garbage down the lane to discover a 60 lb. beagle standing on top of my dining room table lapping up the remains of the chocolate birthday cake.  This 60 lb. beagle is as wide as she is tall and her legs at most are 2 inches long.  In addition, she has removed the heavy glass cover off the cake plate in order to consume the chocolate cake.
Daisy, you continue to amaze me.  I had no idea you were familiar with the art of levitation....I, on the other hand, am not feeling any levity at the situation.  Nor will the birthday boy when he discovers you ate his cake.
